Medical Massage
As a medical massage therapist, I will use a broader set of therapies such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release or stretching for muscle health and recovery. Treatment is based on individual client needs, this is not a full body massage. I will provide a targeted plan for treatment, along with recommendations for a series of timed visits versus a periodic spa visit.
Services
Medical massages are available in 60, 90 or 120 minute increments. In order to maximize your health benefit, booking your multiple appointments in advance is recommended. Insurance is accepted for billing purposes.
